Asoly for macOS is sold directly from getasoly.com, not through the Mac App Store. Checkout and billing for the Asoly Pro subscription run through Lemon Squeezy, LLC (Delaware, USA), which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase contract is therefore with Lemon Squeezy, which takes the payment, collects and remits VAT, issues the invoice and processes refunds. Dennis Bär is the developer and licensor of the software.

You manage or cancel a subscription in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, reachable through getasoly.com/account. The Terms of Service describe the licence, the trial and the right of withdrawal.
